This is the best all around brush gun a person can have! I have 2 of them and they have taken many deer and coyotes, rabbits, squirrels and a crow or two. It has a great reach through the brush whether you shoot 150 or 170 grains. HOWEVER.using Hornady''s ballistic tips I can now shoot very effectively at 325 yards!

This Marlin rifle is excellent for boar/deer hunting. It has quick, smooth cycling. It is also very accurate. It''s good for target practice ]350 yds.[, hunting, and home defense. I recomend this rifle to anyone and everyone. It''s great for beginners and experienced alike. It''s one of the last great guns that is still California Compliant. Happy Hunting!
