Works as intended, the dogs are definitely listening better.
Two complaints:
1: It doesn''t come with any real instructions on how to start teaching your dogs with it. Fortunately there are enough good sources elsewhere.
2: The handheld unit comes with a long lanyard permanently attached (as if I wanted to wear this thing around my neck)! I appreciate it but it''s too long (more useful to me around the wrist) or at least it should be removeable.
